Project Selection-Film

The film project sounds super interesting as well; however, I think that I have more of an interest in the magazine project. Although, in the film project includes filming and is more of a video project. I do enjoy this casting aspect and finding the right locations for filming. The whole idea of a shoot day is really appealing to me. Also, costuming and makeup are a key role in the film project which I would enjoy. I like to be in control of everything during group projects which is why this project could not be the best idea for me. This is because I usually take over and do the whole project when my group doesn't want to do it. Consequently, doing the magazine project would be better for me so I can control everything that goes into the project.

Project Selection-Magazine

The aspects of print journalism that interest me is the taking photographs and editing them. I have an interest in travel as well so I'm interested in producing a travel magazine. I have an interest in doing this as my profession so this will be good experience for me. This project will also offer me the experience of deadlines and following them. Although, this should not be an issue for me because I usually turn assignments in on time. I am excited about this project because I feel that I can get super creative. I also am excited to run my own photo shoots because of my interest in photography. The magazine project also feels more achievable project for me. This is because I don't have a lot of the people in my class to do the project with so the magazine one is more attainable. Despite this fact I do throughly enjoy the magazine project's premise and I am excited to start it.
